Incessant ads have ruined this once fun app.

Favorite version of Solitaire. However, for the last day and a half, I’ve been winning games every time. Is this out of luck? Or is it a glitch within the app? Because I don’t feel any challenge.

Ad”s do not have exits to game. Ad’s always hiding exit or (x).

Hate the large cords

This used to be my favorite game to play on my phone. Now it’s bloated with unnecessary “features” that slow the opening of the app and interrupt play. I’ve deleted it. No one wants your features, no one wants the bloat, we only want the game. When you can do just that then you will have done it right. Perhaps I’ll build my own.

Most of the ads, especially the shake shack Ad recently is driving me nuts because you click the X to close the ad, but apparently don’t click the exact right spot and it opens in Safari and then opens the App Store immediately. The closeout exes need to be bigger.

Since update app is awful! I tried different settings and nothing changes. I have won every game I played. The saying goes if it’s not broke don’t fix it!

Lost ability to zero out cumulative score. Also program tries to automatic assume phone types screen

It’s really upsetting when you pay for a game to get an ad free experience, and then they cram ads in it later. They call it a “rewards program” but really it’s just a way for them to cram ads into something you already paid to remove said ads. It’s a shame because the app and game are solid aside from the shameless money grab.

After the last update the program running in jerky motions. Freezes 2 -4 time per game. Sometimes locking up in both the game and the ads. The ads have become harder to get out of, having to shut down the app and start over to continue playing.

Not a fan of the new update. Animations seem off and glitchy. It also feels like the undo and hint buttons were switched so I end up using hints when really I just wanted to undo (if 2 cards flip over rather than 1 due to glitching).

I like Solitaire I am 81 years old and I love to play it. The only part I don’t like is that it keeps telling me to change and get a new Solitaire but the other one needs to be updated but I like to just stay with one thing OK thank you

I write this a five star because you could get hint anytime you are stuck and this is my new comfort game and the ads are very short so you won’t have to wait a long time to get off of the ad and there are very little ads so if anybody else is reading this you should get the game.

New owners inexplicably updated the game for the sole purpose of worseification. It was perfect, now its buggy and visually looks worse.

Never disappoints. It is a fun game with challenges.

I used it for a long time but they removed the ability to rotate the screen. Had to find a different app.

They updated the app and it got rid of my fastest times and does my daily's on its own 😡😡😡

I played game for years and it would present a challenge most of the time even got to a point where you never won which is frustrating mow you win every game with no challenge playing new games till this is fixed. Nice to win but need a little bit of challenge to easy as it didn’t use to be like this something changed

Recent update and now card stacks are too close together. I’ve played your solitaire for many, many years and this new crowding is distracting. Thanks for a well-designed game but the design/layout has changed for no reason I can discern…

My go to game when I need to kill time I really enjoy the themes as well.

I love solitaire and downloaded a “free” version. Well after 2 or 3 games I started getting ads for other versions that I did want. Now I can’t even access the original one. Very annoying. 3/2025

Brainium has been my choice for solitaire however it has become a stressful game. Absolutely Zero win in 30 games & I have played it for 10 years & now would never recommend it to anyone & now looking for a new Solitaire App.

As if the barrage of ads weren’t enough, can no longer turn off the sound with latest update. No fun to play anymore.

The new update is horrible and has completely broken the flow of the game. The responsiveness is buggy- missed clicks, accidental double clicks etc. It’s solitaire, just leave things as they were.. it was perfect.

I hate the new update. Cards are too close together, movement is clunky, and font isn’t nearly as crisp. Please return to previous version!

Do you really think that the adds opening the browser and App Store between games is going to get people to install other games? It’s more likely to aggravate people into uninstalling this game. There’s a banner add that keeps popping up while i’m playing that plays an annoying sound. It’s startling and jarring, i don’t mind the adds but they need to be silent. i don’t mean the adds between games, i mean while i’m actively playing. There’s also a banner add that pops up over the game controls sometimes. No i’m not paying for this app. You can silence the adds or loose the add revenue from me playing. i can find another pastime while listening to my audio files. Still has incredibly noisy adds between games. They are very jarring and even anxiety inducing. That’s bad for veterans with ptsd.

Why do developers have to “fix” things that aren’t broken? The cards in the new update seem smaller and more crowded on screen, and the animations are not as smooth as before. Useless update. I wish I could roll back to the earlier version.

One short add before each game is perfectly tolerable. I enjoy the game.

Cannot close many ads - too frustrating to play.

I enjoy this game every day!! It gives me a break in the daily routine!!

I play in landscape mode but cards are now crowded horizontally and columns of cards eventually do not even fit in the playing area. I suppose I will eventually adjust but the larger cards cause visual strain since they are crowded together with minimal space between them. I will still play the daily game ( because I paid for the app), but will likely not turn to this app to relax.

Your newest update is awful. Changed the look of the cards, and the spacing. Don’t care for it at all. I was going to delete when you started having ads while playing (I’m fine with ads in between games) but didn’t. This newest change is it for me. Time to find a new app

I love this game! It’s so much fun to play. So glad my mom introduced me to this game. 😁

Loved this app, used it every day, however the newest update (3/20/25) has made it virtually unusable…horribly ugly, laggy, the movement and flow of everything is just so bad. I wish there were a way for me to restore the previous version but I guess I will have to switch to a new app :(

I paid the Last $10/yr to upgrade for my iPad solitaire game. Now it’s too easy, 30 game streak. Never happened with the games with ads

Too many adds

I play this game often and I am very disappointed that I get the same games over and over. Some of them I have played so often that I know how it will end by the first few plays.

This is an amazing game you should download it!

Good game

What a shame. This game used to be great, simple and entertaining. Now those annoying and super long ads make this app unusable. Too bad, I’ll just delete it and if I feel like playing, I’ll use the one on Windows.

Absolutely the best Solitarie game

Used to love this game. I use it to help me fall asleep. Been using this one for many years now. The ads are insane. Sometimes almost impossible to get out of. Too many things go click and sometimes too hard to find or too sensitive. So many windows. The ads are taking longer and longer. They used to be so short and simple, it made the game worth it. Now I’m having an impossible time winning a lot of the games. I notice weird things that are too coincidental. The game seems rigged now. I couldn’t care less about the stupid VIP rewards or getting special backgrounds. I just want to enjoy the game like I used to. Will be finding a new one to play.

To me you have the best look and feel and aesthetically pleasing solitaire board/game. This game used to be my favorite. But after a couple very annoying updates you’ve destroyed the zen of the game. Please remove the very long and annoying intermittence between games “shuffling cards, hiding aces, etc.” I’m not a tech person, but it seems like during this time when the game is flashing these reasons “hiding aces etc.” the game/company is doing something nefarious.

Use to be able to play the game without constant interruptions, now I can’t even play the game at all because I can’t x out of the ads. Not happy with this change.

I used to like playing this. At first you had a 5-10 second ad, you had to click once on the upper corner to dismiss, fine. Then it was 15-30 seconds and click twice to dismiss, once at each upper corner. Now you have to click 3 to 4 times to dismiss the ad. But the worst part is the ads for Temu, they auto open in you browser taking you out of the app. There are plenty of solitaire apps out there, I’m done with this one. You spend more time trying to dismiss ads than actual play time.
